I have posted this as it shows a great insight into the world and satisfaction of finely honed craftsmanship. This short film illustrates how time consuming and labour intensive all forms of skilled engineering are likely to be.
With this degree of craft there is a fine line between "lifestyle" and "commercial" commitment. The rewards are huge, even if they are not monetary...
